Reason number 68492 to undercoat your GM framewax with Platinum Rust Protection. The stuff works. I care about your truckā€¦I wouldnā€™t recommend something that didnā€™t work. Iā€™ve undercoated hundreds of and hundreds of GM trucks. And 5 years later, they are looking great and have not experienced the catastrophic GM frame wax failure that truck experience if they are NOT undercoatedā€¦

Yes, thoroughly flushing the undercarriage is a good idea if your truck is dirty. You can do it, or you can pay us to do it. Either way, a clean undercarriage is the best way to prepare for an oil based undercoating with Platinum Rust Protection

Reminder: We are oil based undercoaters that proudly use Platinum Rust Protection to keep your vehicle from rusting. But, occasionally we get requests for a quick undercarriage paint refresh. This is not our profession, and we arenā€™t that good at it, but in this case, this farmer just wanted it painted and was willing to pay for the job. Just like the ā€˜66 Bronco we painted, this truck will only be used in fair weather and wonā€™t even see rain. Please donā€™t ask us to paint your undercarriage, itā€™s not our talent. But weā€™re happy to oil undercoat your vehicle any time of year!!

Hey aluminum Ford owners. Donā€™t fall for the ā€œmy truck is aluminum, it wonā€™t rustā€ hype. Aluminum corrodes just like steel. Instead of turning orange and flaking, it turns white and powdery. The results are the same: compromised paint, metal, and appearance.

Here are a couple examples of aluminum panels on Fords corroding. Here are also two photos of my own personal Ford Expedition with 255,000 miles on it, without a single place of rust or corrosion because itā€™s been oil undercoated every single year. Bring your vehicle to us, we will give it the same loving treatment we give our own personal vehiclesā€¦and you too can own a rust and corrosion free vehicle for years to come. šŸ’ŖšŸ½
