What a blessing we received in the mail today at our shop! A very thankful customer from out of state. (Indiana) had a horrible experience on the interstate when another vehicle collided with her. She wasn’t sure where to turn. She stated the other local body shops around that she called wouldn’t help and told her they don’t do out of town repairs or work with out of town Insurance company. The insurance company she had would not help her in any way and was very rude the tow company from the scene towed her vehicle with out her authorization and she was at a loss of what to do. We assisted her during her phone call to us by contacting the insurance and helping her through the process unfortunately her vehicle was a total loss but she sent us a card as a thank you for helping in a difficult time. We are sorry for your loss of your vehicle but we are glad we was able to help get the situation figured out for you! We still appreciate you willing to let us do your repairs if needed. Thank you Mrs. Julia!
