Good morning. In our ongoing effort to provide transparent and high-quality services, we have created an authorized form detailing our diagnostic and repair procedures. This initiative is designed to minimize confusion and ensure that our standard operating procedures, including test drives, are clearly understood. Test drives are a critical component of our diagnostic process, enabling us to identify issues and verify the effectiveness of repairs.

We apologize for any inconvenience this new procedure may cause and appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain our high standards.

As a small business, we aim to balance our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction with the need to ensure the well-being of our employees and the continuity of our operations. Your loyalty and support are invaluable to us. -CSC 💙💚

Let your car warm up for 30 seconds, not 30 minutes. Modern engines warm up faster when driven gently than idling in the driveway.

That emergency kit in your trunk could be the difference between an inconvenience and a dangerous situation. Jumper cables, blanket, flashlight, water.
