It’s crazy when I’m fabricating parts for a car especially when the car is on jack stands or skates I almost forget it’s a car. I get so focused on the individual parts I’m making or repairing I almost get tunnel vision. Then when it’s all together and on the ground I’m reminded, oh yeah this is a badass car. All of the frustration of trying to get the metal and equipment to do what I want is gone and I remember why I do this!

After a little over a week I’m still impressed with the tig welder! The HF is real AF! When you hit the pedal or the trigger it’s on! There’s no scratching the tungsten or sharpening it when it’s already sharp just to get it to weld. It’s still welding great and I find myself using it more than my big name welder (it’s the same color😉) that I’ve had for years! I’ve had other people I know buy one and they have had the same experience with theirs so it’s not like I just got lucky with my purchase. For less than 200 dollars you can’t beat this tig welder! I’ll do another post about it in a month to see if it still holds up, but with two of us working in the shop now I needed to add a new welder but didn’t want to spend a lot of money so this machine was perfect.

Happy Veterans Day to these three badasses! We wanted to recognize our Kustomers who have served this country. Coincidentally they all have served in the Army! As a Marine I’ll give them a pass! 😂 thank you each for your service and thanks for the business! I assisted with the roof chop in the first pic, second pic I almost shaped the whole car, and the last pic I made the stainless steel rock guards.
