1969 roadrunner convertible has been on the back burner for a while. It needs quarter panels and wheel wells replaced. The problem becomes that the convertible cars were made in such low numbers, no one makes full quarter panels or wheel wells for it. The only option is to make convertible quarter out of hardtop parts as well as the wheel wells. The convertible is structured much differently than the hardtop. We will hand make the parts that aren't available.

After days of scrubbing, grease removal, glass beading rusted stamped steel parts, and assembly; we now have a 318 that is not only one color but the correct color.
Just because it didn't need rebuilding, that doesn't mean it shouldn't look good when it is put back into the car.

Final stages of undercoating being applied to the inner structures. Forward progress is being made on this mustang build.

Engine cleaning, resealing, and painting process begins. This one was a running vehicle when it came into the shop so rebuild was not necessary. That doesn't mean it shouldn't look good when it goes back together. Fixing a leaking g water pump and timing cover, replace some k member bushings, and then it will go back into the car.
