Children should not be out at 5am, parents need to know where their kids are. Bad things can happen and it unfortunately changed many lives forever.
Just horrible!!!!
For those who are not aware 7 children, ages 12-15 in a stolen car and crashed into another vehicle. That person pronounced dead on scene. Prayers to the family and friends of the deceased.
