Quick honest update from D’s Nuts & Bolts:

If I’ve ever missed an appointment or failed to follow up, I sincerely apologize. It was never intentional, and it was never because I was picking and choosing which customers or vehicles mattered.

This is a one-person business. I handle the repairs, estimates, scheduling, parts questions, calls, and messages without any office help. I receive far more than one or two customer messages every day, and right now everything comes through my personal phone. Between the message volume and automatic replies, conversations sometimes get pushed down and buried before I realize it.

That explains how it happens, but I understand it doesn’t erase anyone’s frustration or the time they set aside. I’m doing my best and working on a better system. If you’re still waiting for a response from me, please send another message with FOLLOW-UP at the beginning so it stands out.
