Belmar Self Storage to purchase neighboring commercial property for expansion. Belmar properties, LLC, is planning on building a 3 story, self storage building and business center on the old "Sterner" property. Their plans include the restoration and renovation of the S. Michelsohn beer bottling structure (pictured). S. Michelsohn was a prominent beverage bottler in Belmar prior to prohibition. He was responsible for opening a Synagogue in Belmar, New Jerey circa 1910.
