We had a death in our family six months ago that shook us hard. My father unexpectedly passed and due to changes in our family dynamics, I have not been able to post on social media, respond to emails/private messages, and/or phone calls like you have come to expect. The shop has had to close down and or bring in temporary help from subcontractors to assist while Mike and the kids traveled to Arkansas to pay respects to my beloved father and help me grieve. I am still down south. I typically oversee the communication and scheduling, frontline aspects of the shop. Mike is doing his best to hold it down but every one knows that regardless of how awesome he can be he is only human and can’t do it all nor does he always get it right. Please provide him with grace. I give you all permission to hold him up and keep him accountable to all that GOD has entrusted him with. However; if you come for him in a way that hurts him, me, our children, business, or those that we love…. I’m coming for you! Let that be both a warning with a promise! Please know that we value each and every single customer, vendor, merchant and person we have had the pleasure to meet and interact with. Please forgive us for any inconvenience caused by not being available to assist you. Please continue to be patient with us as we continue to get back into the swing of things. We look forward to working with you all for decades to come. It is our hope to continue to provide you “Quality Service with a Southern Touch”!
