Thank you Nuno Esteves of Esteves Landscape and construction for your repeat business. The report was is that there was a draw on the batteries. After chasing wires we found the that previous owner tried using 12 volt parts on a 24 volt system witch cause wires to melt. We replaced the ignition to a cat 24v unit. Rewired alternator, Starter, main harness into cab. Unfortunately cause the loader had 6 different companies involved with it original life crossing and finding replacement parts was a pain in the a**.

Little fun on Friday and Saturday. Got a call from a customer late Friday say that there dump truck was stranded at an employee house with the body in the air. Employee said that he hurd a humming at 4am Friday morning and when he went out to look and saw the body was all the way up in the air and the motor was humming and sparks where coming from connector. We wound up cutting out the melt wire, replacing the melted mega fuse, and changing a hydraulic hose that was rubbing on the drive shaft

Another happy customer. We did a new main trailer harness. Customer said previous owner had cut multiple splices in harness. We recommended a new 1 piece 7 wire. Has I was pulling out old. Found 8 different splices in harness. (Those pic to be add next day or to) Also added a couple of light at ramps.
