Not many people know this, but I work directly with Phuong (DocVu Tuning). Over the last few years I’ve had the opportunity to connect with people and shops from all over the world—helping with diagnostics, tuning, flashing services, and more.
What most people don’t see are the constant phone calls, the late-night troubleshooting, or the shops reaching out during installs when something isn’t going as planned. A lot of the real work happens behind the scenes to make sure problems actually get solved.
So when a customer goes out of their way to show appreciation, it means a lot. It’s a reminder that the time, knowledge, and effort that go into helping people and supporting builds is still valued.
Anyone can sell parts or send a base map. The difference is being there when things don’t go as planned and having the experience to help get it sorted, that’s what separates Daily N5X & DocVu Tuning from the rest.
