I ran out of Noel pass at dark going get a stuck Freeman. It wasn’t easy but got it done with a little grinding w 4x4. It only takes a split second to veer out the channel. Made it back at 10 pm. Crazy low tides has kept us busy the last 4 days.

We had a few issues going on in Venice this last weekend. We don’t post much but some things need to be addressed. Vessels ended up on rocks in the dark, another in the rozoe cains in the dark 32 ft, not duck season , some in horrific weather unexpected, young kids. Unacceptable. Wake up, Venice La. Is the fishing capital of the world. It’s also the most dangerous. Charter a guided trip & come back alive and full of fish, With a life time of history from your charter Capt.

Captain Evan and I went in hot with one chance to recover this duck boat in coffee grinds. Our main ship had enough horsepower to pull both boats out. We put an airboat on it the night before but water gripped it and no success, we got all people off but not boat. Sea Tow membership is only $249

Long time customer and great friend had a boating issue in the bad weather last week. We recovered his boat and returned it to him. Everyone was safe and retuned home.

Some young duck hunters from Georgia had some issues, and we took care of business and sent them home safe. The temperature plunged and wind gusts cranked up to 47 mph and all hell broke loose on the final day of duck season. We were prepared to respond. Hunters found themselves with no water and no phone service, scrambling to fight the elements. We stabilized all issues and we will clean up after this freeze lifts and water comes back next week. Overall it was a successful duck season in south Louisiana,many memories were made.

Low water and fog issues has us busy all weekend. The mud boat ripped open the bottom on the rocks and we were prepared w pumps and equipment to get them back to safely. We put the boat on the trailer went on to the next call.
