🌾 CRUSHED WHEAT #1 — LET’S TALK ABOUT IT! 🌾
If you’ve never used crushed wheat before, you might be surprised by just how easy it is to incorporate into the foods you already make.

🫶 Crushed Wheat #1 is a 1:1 replacement for flour.
That means if your recipe calls for 4 cups of flour, you use 4 cups of Crushed Wheat #1. 🙌

And it isn't just for baking! It can also be used as a breading for frying. 😉 like zucchini

But what makes it different? 🤔

🌾Unique Crushing Method
The non-milling, crushing process is designed to gently break down each grain. Unlike traditional milling, this method preserves God-created oils and nutrients without introducing heat or chemicals.

🌾Pure, Chemical-Free Crushed Grains
This process ensures our products contain no additives, synthetics, or preservatives, providing you with true, healthy food.

🌾How Crushing Is Different Than Milling
NO metal to metal contact throughout the entire crushing process! That's how its distinguish from milling and grinding in the flour industry. The patented crushing machines allow grains to be gently crushed without destroying any of the live cells contained in the grain. Because of this, There is no need to add any preservatives or enrichments.
