Here is the last big job at the shop! It was a privilege to be a part of this project . Mike and Carol Winnefeld wanted to build this truck for Cole it has been a long process for them. Cale Kern done fabricating and mechanical also assembled body. Mike myself and Damon also Carol have spent many hours getting bodywork and paint on it. They plan to put it in parades and some shows it will be for kids to enjoy! It is something Damon and I were glad to be a part of. Be looking for it soon at any Batcole Foundation event.

It's official I will be closing approximately July 15th I have un til August 10th trying to get new owner in early. Mullis Finishing LLC refinished wood products. Super nice guy want everyone to support him in his venture! He will also carry on storage unit business have 2 available 8x15
Thanks to everyone who has supported us the last 20 years!! I will not be scheduling any more work! I will post updates later

As some have already seen, I have the business for sale. Wanted to let everyone know that I am planning on staying with whoever may buy it for up to a year. Anyone who is scheduled for work it will be done. Not retiring just wanting to slow down. I hoping for someone that has the passion I have had for it wants to buy it. Been there for 20 years now and appreciate each and everyone that has supported us over the years!!!! I will keep everyone posted. Thank you , LorenI

We work on so many new and custom cars sometimes I forget how people can be sentimental for a vehicle. We worked on a truck for Phil and Becky Bailey it was old a little rough it had got hit and was totaled Phil kept the truck for his wife, the truck was her dad's Sipes Body and Glass [ Tim Mundy] pulled the frame We did bodywork and painted others panels to make truck look better. I wasn't real keen on doing this I put flatter in clear so it wouldn't be to shiny. We didn't fix every dent or scratch but it did look okay. When they came to get it this morning Becky was in tears she loved it. To her it was as important as a new one..... So glad we made her Happy! And hats off to Phil for keeping it because he knew how much it meant to her! Wish I had taken pictures of it before and after. Also thanks to Phil for being a great customer over the years even before we opened here. Worked on cars for him in my shop at home in the mid 90's. He brings it all to us new old good or bad! That's what it is all about... Becky enjoy your dad's truck!!

Got a pleasant surprise this week my great nephew came to me and wanted to come to the shop and hang out some he is going to take autobody at bnl voc center next year! His dad started helping me when he was about 12 or 13. I ask Kayne if he was sure he wanted to do this he said his dad said same thing! I do think it's great that he wants to pursue a career in this field!! Hopefully I can show him the ropes a little so he will know what to expect!! Iam sure his dad is proud of him too!!!!

Want to let everyone know, here at the edge collision I take pride in repairing your vehicle. It does not matter to me if it is a 2000 model or a 2021 model everyone's car is important! I had an insurance company today inform me that they would not pay what I ask for parts on a vehicle. I will not name company due to slander charges, but I want to make everyone aware read your policy close! If you choose to have us repair your vehicle rest assured we will repair it right! This company did not even pay me what I paid for the part!! Sad but true.I just want to make everyone aware !!!!
