Way back in 2018, we received the Golden Sahara at Speakeasy to begin the process of a full restoration, it was October 18, 2018 to be exact. We were given less that 4 months to complete the job. We had to be finished by mid-February 2019 in order for it to ship to Switzerland for the Geneva Car Show! We were given a lot of the gold panels the month before so we could get a head start on those, but the real fun was about to start!
