We quit shipping products directly to consumers about 2 years ago now. We are still available for reseller ordering and technical support. As of this time we have no plans of selling direct to consumers in the foreseeable future, we just don't have the resources to directly support end user installs.

Recently our web host upgraded some server side software that has broken our website. These upgrades not only broke our shopping cart but also our back end shipping management system that has caused some delays in shipping orders. We believe that all the issues have been resolved and our site is back up and running. If you have tried to place an order over the past few days and haven't been able to please try again. New labels for 2012! Inspired by the Toby Keith song "Made in America" we added "Proudly made in the USA" to our label! We are also considering adding something about our lifetime warranty right on the product!

It's no secret that KPtechnologies has always stood behind our products as we have never denied warranty service in our 7 years of doing business. In 2012 we have put this commitment writing!

We are always looking to install our products on customers cars! If you live near or are willing to drive to Dayton Ohio let me know and we'll get something scheduled! To date, the furthest anyone has ever driven to see us is 11 hours EACH way!

KPtechnologies is shipping a custom order today - we have a customer who wanted a few tweaks made to products we currently offer. Since we engineer and manufacture all of our products in house we can do this quickly and fairly inexpensively! If there is a custom solution you need contact us!

This was the module that started KPtechnologies. The Nissan Window module (NM20) was released in early 2004 to much anticipation in the Infiniti G35 world. Off of the popularity of the NM20 KPtechnologies was able to release many more popular niche type electronic solutions. The NM20 has gone through many updates over the years and todays product looks nothing like the first 80 that were sold! Upgrades over the years include enclosing the circuit board in a plastic housing and adding genuine Molex wiring harnesses! The basic circuitry and software has remained virtually unchanged since the module was first released!

Installed a KPtechnologies MX20 Matrix Decoder on a 2011 G37 today. The MX20 allows the owner to turn the fog lights on independently of the head lights! It took a little longer then I had planned but mostly because I had to take the battery out of the car THREE times. That is 3 times more then I was planning on!
