I decided to have our daughter's car towed here in March 2025 for the transmission to be replaced after a friend recommendation. The estimate was the lowest one we could find in the area. The work was done in a timely manner, but after getting it home there was a leak. I called and Doug asked me to bring it back in a soon as possible. The leak was due to a manufacturer production error. Doug and his team took care of this issue with the manufacturer. I did not have to do anything, which was great. There was a minor issue with the car while being parked in their lot. Doug and his team took care of the issue. Again, I did not have to do anything. I hope to never have to have another transmission replaced in any of my vehicles, but if I do, this is where I will bring my them. I loved the customer service. (Doug, I'm sorry it took me this long to post, but I definitely wanted to make sure I posted about my great experience.)

My father worked there in the 90's and Bob the owner has always held his guys to a high and honest standard. It's great seeing that has not changed!
