Dear Valued Customer,
We are writing to inform you about upcoming changes to our buisness policy, which will take effect on April 7th, 2025. These adjustments are necessary to streamline our operations and ensure a more efficient service for all our customers.
Effective April 7th, 2025, the following buisness policies will be implemented:
*Customer Attendance: All customers must be present at the time of their appointment or scheduled repair. No job/repair will be completed without the customers attendance. Execptions to this are: fleet repairs, customers who are obligated by law to be elsewhere, and commercial customers where this may effect their buisness.
* Vehicle Release: All vehicles will be held until all outstanding invoices related to the vehicle have been paid in full.
* Payment Methods: We will no longer accept any checks as a form of payment.
Acceptable payment methods will include:All Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) Bank/Debit Cards, CashApp, Venmo, and as always Cash.
We understand that these changes may require adjustments to your payment procedures. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
Why are we making these changes?
* By requiring the presence of the customer allows for direct communication between the customer and the mechanic. This reduces the risk of misunderstandings about the vehicle's problems and the necessary repairs. When unexpected problems are discovered during the repair, the customer can be present to see the issue firsthand and provide informed consent for any additional work.
* This policy will help us ensure that all accounts are settled promptly, which allows us to provide faster service to all our customers. As well to protect our business from potential financial losses. Releasing a vehicle before payment is received carries a significant risk.
* By eliminating checks, we reduce the risk of processing delays and associated administrative costs. We've transitioned to primarily electronic payment methods to ensure faster and more efficient transactions for all our customers. This allows us to process payments quickly, reducing wait times.
