We were backed up for months, repairs paid for in advance that we just couldn’t get to. The problem was our business model sucked, and we were one or two setbacks away from utter chaos. We tried to hold on and get through it, but it just wasn’t going to work. So yesterday, I refunded 20 customers in the amount of $56,256.46 and sent them to a shop that’s more capable to handle these major repairs Forrester Performance. Moving forward, we will do much less major repair. Our new focus will be quick services: Brakes, Suspension, Oil Changes, Cooling Systems. We no longer have the manpower to take on timing chains, engines, transmissions at the rate we were doing them. Thanks to everyone who continues to support us through the good and the bad! 🙏
