🚨Did you know that a tow truck is an emergency vehicle?
Did you know tha6️⃣0️⃣ tow truck drivers are killed by wreckless driving accidents every year?
Nebraska law states:
"A driver approaching a stopped emergency vehicle, including tow trucks, with flashing lights and traveling in the same direction is required to vacate the lane closest to the vehicle or reduce speed and maintain a safe speed while passing the vehicle. If vacating the closest lane is not possible, a driver must slow to a safe speed."
Please slow down and move over when you see flashing lights, approach the area cautiously, as you never know where someone might pop out, give them space to maneuver, and be patient! You might be in a hurry, but the guy in that tow truck is our whole world, please keep him safe!🚨
