Customer states the transmission fell after taking to another shop to replace the transmission. Confirmed customers complaint, found the bell housing bolt holes damaged, clutch, input shaft damaged. Had to replace the bell housing , input shaft on transmission.

El cliente afirma que la transmisión se cayó después de llevarla a otro taller para reemplazar la transmisión. Queja confirmada, se encontraron dañados los orificios de los pernos de la campana, el embrague y el eje de entrada están dañados. Tuve que reemplazar la campana, el eje de entrada en la transmisión.

The coolant system had excessive amount of rust, and debris, which plugged the front and rear heater cores. Removed engine block coolant drain and no flow came out. Had to break the rust away with pick to drain the system. Proper maintenance is required for cooling system to prevent costly repairs. Flushed the cooling system, and filled with new coolant.

El sistema de refrigeración tenía una cantidad excesiva de óxido y escombros que obstrulleron el calentador delantero y trasero. Se quitó el drenaje del refrigerante del bloque del motor y no salió ningún flujo. Tuve que romper el óxido con un pico para drenar el sistema. Se requiere un mantenimiento adecuado para el sistema de enfriamiento para evitar reparaciones costosas. Se enjuagó el sistema de enfriamiento y se llenó con refrigerante nuevo.

Customer states the heater is not blowing hot air. Confirmed complaint, found front and rear heater core plugged, found rust in coolant, possible cause of plugged cooler, flushed cooling system, removed instrument panels and replaced front and rear heater core. Found engine block coolant drain plugged, unplugged it to flush system, filled cooling system, and tested- Both heaters are now operational.

El cliente indica que el calentador no está soplando aire caliente. Queja confirmada, se encontró que el calentador delantero y trasero estaba obstruido, se encontró óxido en el refrigerante, posible causa del enfriador tapado, se lavó el sistema de enfriamiento, se quitaron los paneles del tablero se reemplazó el calentador delantero y trasero. Encontré el drenaje de refrigerante del bloque del motor obstruido, lo destapo para lavar el sistema, se llenó el sistema de anticongelante y lo probó. Ambos calentadores ahora están funcionando.

Customer states vehicle has lack of power and check engine light is on. Found grid heater almost plugged up completely, chocking the engine of air, and the EGR ports plugged up. Removed intake connection, cleaned the grid heater and EGR ports. Performed manual Regen and test drove- Good.

El cliente indica que el vehículo tiene falta de potencia y que la luz del motor está encendida. Customer states the ABS LIGHT is on. Hooked up scan tool and found FC 4/1 RIGHT REAR SENSOR AIR GAP TOO LARGE. Inspected the tone wheel, found completely covered in heavy, mud, grease, covering the teeth of the tone wheel. Removed hub and thoroughly cleaned the tone wheel. Reinstalled in reverse order, test drove, ABS LIGHT TURNED OFF.

El cliente indica que la LUZ DEL ABS está encendida. Conectó la herramienta de escaneo y encontró FC 4/1 SENSOR TRASERO DERECHO ESPACIO DE AIRE DEMASIADO GRANDE. Inspeccionó la rueda fónica, la encontró completamente cubierta de barro pesado, grasa, cubriendo los dientes de la rueda fónica. Se quitó el cubo y se limpió a fondo la rueda fónica. Reinstalado en orden inverso, prueba de conducción, LUZ DEL ABS APAGADA.

Customer states the rear right hub seal is leaking. Took apart, found wheel bearing damaged, excessive play and fused together to spindle, causing hub seal leak, found wheel bearing not adjusted correctly as root cause.

El cliente indica que el sello del mazo trasero derecho tiene una fuga. Se desarmó, se encontró que el cojinete de la rueda estaba dañado, juego excesivo y se fundio con el eje, lo que provocó una fuga en el sello del cubo, se encontró que el cojinete de la rueda no estaba ajustado correctamente como causa principal.

Customer states A/C is blowing warm, found condenser has a hole, replaced condenser and a/c is now working , but blowing hot air. Found blend temp door is broken, and stuck in hot. Had to take dash apart to replace the door.

Customer states the vehicle's heater core is not blowing hot air. Found combustion pressure in the cooling system from blown head gasket. Replaced head gaskets, and painted engine.
