Finally had some time to work on my own project. Initial fit of the Roadster Shop chassis to the car. Still need to trim some areas so it will fit. Overall I’m happy with the chassis but the communication with them could be a lot better. It any of you decide to buy their SPEC chassis for a 65-70 Mustang hit me up and I’ll tell you what they don’t.

Brians fastback with 2 coats of Raptor on the underside. Next step is to get it off the rotisserie and move on to the engine compartment. Progress!

Triad Blasting Services did an excellent job on Brian’s 69. And several coats of SPI epoxy. This car is solid!

Another piece to the puzzle arrived this week.

Took a break from customer cars one day last week to do some work on my personal project. Still a lot of unknowns on how this build will end up but I did decide on a chassis and engine setup. It will be sitting on a Roadster Shop Spec chassis and powered by a Ford Racing 427. Still a long way to go.

Jason’s Cougar finished up and headed to his painter. We did all the metal work and painted the engine compartment and underneath. The Mustang Barn also took in another Cougar today. Chris Jones’ 70 Boss 302 Eliminator is in for a quarter panel and cowl panel replacement. Glad to be trusted with being a part of bringing these old beauties back to their glory
