This Ford Escape came in with heavy battery corrosion that completely deteriorated the negative battery cable and module. Corrosion can cause starting issues, electrical failures, and can even damage wiring.
After cleaning the terminals and battery system to ensure we could restore reliable power, we replaced the cable and the battery - coating with terminal protector to help prevent this in the future.

We inspected a Honda Accord 1.5L that was misfiring at startup but had no lit check engine light. Upon inspection, we found rough cold starts, clean coil packs, and slightly sooted spark plugs. These engines are known for leaking fuel injectors, which can cause misfires without storing any codes.
We recommended a fuel system treatment to help clean the injectors and improve performance to buy some time before injector replacement.
