Hi all, we are open! Same days Tuesday to Saturday, 12 noon to 5:45 p.m.
We have set up some rules and requirements to keep you and us safe.
Rules may change without notice.
Limited appointment by phone only.
Absolutely NO ENTRY to the interior of the store or garage. This may change if Covid-19 improves.
We will under NO circumstances sit with you in your vehicle for any reason.
Customers must wear a real mask, no bandannas, no masks with valves and worn properly over nose and mouth at all times for vehicle delivery, pickup or payment.
All payments will be made in advance by credit/debit cards with customer's name and driver's license only outside the garage door. No cash, no internet or phone payments.
All cards will be decontaminated.
No Out of State plates.
Vehicle must be COMPLETELY EMPTY!!
Nothing in trunk. Nothing inside vehicle. Nothing in door pockets, cup holders, visors, on dash, mirrors and under seats. No baby seats. Pictures, air fresheners, Sirius/XM units, radar detectors, ez passes, gps, must be removed. Exception: Vehicle book/manual, registration and insurance documents. We will not be responsible for devices left in car. Vehicle will be decontaminated by us prior to job.
No adjustments will be made without an appointment and new decontamination.
Sales of individual items: Make sure you got the right item. No returns or exchanges of any kind. Contamination cannot be verified. Warranties with manufacturer only.
There will be a decontamination fee of $20 minimum on all work here - safety is necessary.
We will NOT install outside equipment. No way to verify contamination.
We all use real masks, and gloves for everyone's protection.
Even the tools are sprayed.
Touch screens will be protected with plastic.
There will be NO inside waiting ever. You must sit in another vehicle or be picked up, no demos, no rides home.
Please do not "hangout" around a vehicle being worked on in or outside even if it is yours. Even with a mask.
Products can be viewed through store front window or online (for the moment). You can talk to us in store by cell phone or intercom at garage door.
Vehicles will be decontaminated outside before entry to the bay.
There will be a health questionnaire prior to any job.
No Contact!
All payments and merchandise delivered through the garage door via rolling cart. Stay in your vehicle while garage door is opening and closing and cart is rolled in and out. You may sign invoice and credit card receipt on cart and return to your car while cart is retrieved. Merchandise will be delivered on cart.
