A few of you noticed something in our last dyno video... and you were right. 👀 👂

Upon further review, the flexplate was making slight contact inside the bellhousing, which caused the noise some of you picked up on. The issue was quickly identified and corrected.

💥 CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT 💥

Congratulations to Cole Inman on his latest personal best!

Cole's Mustang is powered by a 4.6L 2-valve engine with Trick Flow heads and a D1SC ProCharger. After working with Freddy Brown on the transmission combination and making several suspension and chassis adjustments, the car laid down an impressive 9.90 @ 134 MPH.

The transmission setup features our 4R70W Full Manual Transbrake Valve Body with Electrically Operated Overdrive.

Since switching to this valve body combination, Cole reports that the car has delivered its fastest and most consistent elapsed times to date. Consistency wins races, and that's exactly what this setup was designed to provide.

Cole recently made additional suspension changes and is headed to the Buckeye Skips Drag & Drive, where he'll be putting the combination to the test once again.

We're proud to be part of the program and look forward to seeing what numbers the car puts up next.

🔥 CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT 🔥

Vinny Saviano stopped by for a transmission fluid and filter service on his beautiful 1969 Camaro SS.

Vinny has owned this car since 1988 and has transformed it into a serious street and strip machine. Under the hood is a JA Performance-built 434 Small Block, backed by an FB Performance GM Full Manual AOD “4STB” transmission equipped with a transbrake and electrically operated overdrive.

This combo delivers the best of both worlds - running consistent mid-10 second quarter mile times while still being street friendly.

What makes this setup even more impressive is that the transmission was built by Freddy Brown in 1999 and is still performing flawlessly over 25 years later. That’s a testament to the quality craftsmanship, durability, and the pride that goes into every transmission that leaves our shop.

Thank you, Vinny, for your continued trust and support over the years.
