Ok to all the Customers who have reached out about questions concerning your 7year extended warranty. As the new General Manager I have truly searched and today.
It happened. I found it. I do apologize for myself saying the company was out of business. Through countless hours of searching and not giving up. I found the name. So if you have issues and have proof of purchase I have the answers. Again I truly apologize for any aggravation this has caused. Ignorance isn't an excuse for me, nor anyone else.
