Typically I don’t do this but customer wanted injectors replaced on this truck because it was smoking typically I would diagnose jt. I ordered him a quality set of injectors and new tubes and got him in and done sent it home. Customer which is a car lot called me and said that it was still smoking when they had someone looking at it. Told him to get it to me we would see what was going on with it. Come to find out that when this lot bought the truck someone had bypassed some things and didn’t do it correctly and it was not happy so some magic was worked and gremlins were cast out of it and it got sent home. Problem solved!

We been quiet on here but been killing it in the shop. Got this 4th gen in that has a second gen swap with 100% overs that customer installed. After install truck wouldn’t start. Walked through the install of the injectors with customer and was confident he installed them correctly so we decided it had to be something stupid and it in fact was. Injector harnesses were swapped out due to wiring issues previously and he got them in wrong spots once that was swapped correctly it fired right up and runs out great. Sometimes all you need is a fresh set of eyes on it and an honest mechanic. 💪🏻

Customer Appreciation Post

This picture was taken before 3:00 on a Friday afternoon.

That might not seem like a big deal, but to us it is.

Because you all have continued to support this business and trust me with your vehicles, my wife was able to leave the classroom to stay home with our newest addition and homeschool our older boys.

I think people sometimes assume owning a business is about making more money. For us, it’s really been about building a good life and having a little more freedom to do what we believe is best for our family.

Most small business owners aren’t trying to get rich. We’re just trying to make an honest living, take care of our families, and build a life we’re proud of. Oh, and I guess take them on a vacation that seems “all inclusive” to them.

So to everyone who has brought something through the shop, recommended us to somebody, shared a post, or supported us over the years—thank you.

You all have helped make this possible, and we don’t take that for granted.

Be sure to stop by Hardesty Farms and Greenhouses, LLC. for all your canning goodies, porch pretties, and more! The kids can burn energy on the playground and zipline while you shop.
