We are hiring direct and also through 3 employment agencies (Express Employment, Infinity, US Staffing). We are hiring Production C Operators for first and second shifts with Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and through our page. Temporaries are paid $15.00/hr and $15.50/hr for 2nd shift. Direct hires are paid up to $17.55/hr with perfect attendance each week or $18.05/hr with perfect attendance for 2nd shift. Direct hires will obtain full benefits on day 90 if all requirements are met.

Starting Monday, November 16, 2020 and continuing through the end of January 2021, Hi-lex America, Inc. will implement a Perfect Attendance Bonus. All hourly associates in the manufacturing, maintenance, shipping & receiving areas will be eligible to earn a $1.50 / hr perfect attendance bonus. To earn this bonus the associate must work the entire week without any unexcused absenteeism. This requires all normal hours and required overtime hours. If the associate has any unexcused tardiness or absenteeism, except for approved vacations or bereavement, he/she will not earn the additional bonus of $1.50 per hour.
