Our Culture Team winner is Eric Slaughter, a Service Porter, for going above and beyond to serve our customers and the dealership. We asked him some questions to hopefully learn something new about him. Here's what he said:

Q: What inspired you to join the MBOBR team, and what do you enjoy most about working here?

A: The luxury brand and making clients happy.

Q: If you could master any new skill instantly, what would it be and why?

A: Multitasking: I could get more things accomplished more quickly.

Q: What is a personal or professional achievement you're most proud of?
A: Watching my daughter grow up.

Q: If you could switch roles with someone for a day, who would it be and why?

A: Anyone from a different department so I can see how their days go.

Q: What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone who is new to the team?

A: Stay focused.

Where it started > Where we are now.

Please join us in congratulating our General Manager, Nick Pentas, on 25 years with Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge! Nick started working at Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge during the summer of 2001 while attending LSU. After graduating, Nick excelled at 8 different positions and eventually was promoted to General Manager in April of 2013. He began all of this while getting a Business Administration degree from LSU and raising a family of 3 children. When he is not at the office, he loves spending time with his family and traveling. Nick also enjoys being involved in sports and the local community.

Congrats, Nick, and cheers to the next 25 years!
