Our Culture Team winner is Derrick Modicue III, one of our Courtesy Vehicle Coordinators, for going above and beyond to serve our customers and the dealership. We asked him some questions to hopefully learn something new about him. Here's what he said:
Q: What do you enjoy most about your role at MBOBR?
A: I enjoy being a friendly smile our clients can see, and I enjoy being a positive light in dark situations that may arise.
Q: What is your best quality and how does that help you do your job?
A: My best quality is being a people first type of person. I make sure our clients are my main priority regardless of any situation.
Q: Who is your favorite movie director, and what is one of their movies you would recommend?
A: My favorite movie director is Ryan Coogler. Sinners is my favorite movie of his, and it is a masterpiece.
Q: What is your dream vacation destination?
A: Santorini, Greece!
Q: Who is the one person in your life that you are most grateful for?
A: My mom. She has sacrificed a lot to get me to this point, and I will forever be grateful for her.
Q: What is an interesting fact about yourself that people don't know?
A: I just started watching Grey's Anatomy from the beginning and it's already one of my all-time favorite shows. I plan on catching up to current episodes.
