Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, with a focus customer service and attention to the minor details. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical knowledge, your own tools, and expertise in automotive repair and maintenance. ASE, Tire and or Diesel experience is a plus.

Duties:

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements

- Diagnose and repair automotive issues, such as engine malfunctions, electrical problems, and brake failures

- Conduct inspections and testing of vehicle systems to identify potential issues

- Use power tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and replacements

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs

- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques

Requirements:

-MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS. The shop will provide specialty and other tools but you need to have basic hand tools needed to complete basic mechanical repair tasks.

- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role

- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and other components

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Valid driver's license

- Competitive pay based on experienc
