Hi, friends and neighbors. Once again, I would like to remind everyone that when you have an accident and you call your insurance company or the insurance company involved and they try to tell you to go to another shop that is a preferred shop of theirs to get an estimate. You can get the estimate, but you do not have to have the repairs done there. You have the right to choose. As much as they try to push you to go to their preferred shop, again, you have the right to choose. If they say they will not guarantee the work if you do not go to their preferred shop, tell them you know differently. They do not guarantee the work, we the shop guarantee our work. Some insurance companies are steering customers to their preferred shops which are usually the large corporate or dealership shops and it is effecting us small Family shops.
