Dan’s Tire & Auto is looking for an experienced and dependable A or B level technician to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position.

We’re looking for someone who:
✅️ ASE certifications BIG PLUS
✅ Has solid professional automotive repair experience
✅ Can confidently diagnose and complete repairs
✅ Takes pride in doing the job correctly
✅ Is dependable and shows up ready to work
✅ Can work independently and as part of a team
✅ Has their own tools
✅ Must have a valid driver’s license
✅ NYS motor vehicle inspector’s license is preferred

We offer steady, year round work in a busy shop with competitive pay based on experience and ability.

I wanted to share some recent pictures of what our towing division has been up to! I cannot thank our team, the community, and our amazing staff enough. Always remember, unlike other towing companies, we are a true 24/7/365 service. It doesn't matter if it's a blizzard or 4 AM on a Sunday we are there! More pictures and posts to come! We also just won the "Best of the Best" contest for Towing and our Auto Service Department won for best Auto Service Department!

Here is pictures of some work our towing department has been up to this past week with the snow storm.

This past week alone, our towing department completed 115 AAA calls, not including private calls, thruway, police rotations, or heavy work. Our team has been working nonstop around the clock to keep our community moving safely.

Happy New Year! 🎉
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to our customers and our incredible team.

Over 50 years ago, my father Dan built this business from the ground up with one mission: do honest work, take care of people, and stand behind your name. In 2022, we lost him, and my life changed forever. Stepping in to take over the business was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but also the most meaningful.
Heading into the near year i want to say that not only are we carrying on Dan’s legacy, we’re growing it.
Thanks to our loyal customers and our incredible team, we’ve seen major growth in both auto repair and towing. We’ve recently expanded our AAA towing service area once again, investing heavily in top of the line equipment, and continue to stay ahead of the industry so we can service, and tow all makes and models with confidence and care. Every upgrade, every expansion, and every late night is done with one goal in mind: serving our community better.
This business is more than a shop or a fleet of trucks—it’s family, history, and trust built over decades. To our customers who’ve been with us for generations, to the new faces who’ve put their trust in us, and to our team who shows up every day with pride and dedication, thank you.
