Take a gander here at the nicest 1978 Dodge Diplomat coupe in the country. Sporting its original color of Dove Gray, which uncommon to spot on a Dodge. This absolutely gorgeous car has just under 42,000 on the 318 and it’s automatic transmission. This car will not disappoint as the current owner has gone thru and fixed some time worn items such as one section of the seats with NOS material, added the luxury of a power seat on the driver side, and was able to remove the rock chips out of the rocker moldings. We have a full type out available of the dual fender tags on this highly optioned Diplomat. If you are looking for the perfect car for your collection that needs absolutely nothing, this is your car. You can view this car with an appointment in its home town in Iowa. If you are serious about getting into the late 70s cars before their prices skyrocket even more so, this is your car. $29,999 takes it. Open to offers. No trades. Transport available at an additional cost.

Bill Corwin Ford Registration card. Came out of a 1962 Ford Fairlane 500 4 door.

Bill Corwin was a pilot in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. Starting in 1942 he served for 14 months in Alaska. He flew the first airplane into the island of Adak while it was still occupied with enemy Japanese troops, for this he was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. He also flew the first DC-3 equipped with skis for landing on a rescue mission requested by the Canadian government to retrieve stranded Hudson Bay employees north of the magnetic North Pole, for this he received the Oak Cluster for his Distinguished Flying Cross. He left the service after 6 years having attained the rank of Lt. Colonel.

Not only is this a piece of history but it also helps keep the legacy alive of this man everytime someone mentions his name. $40 for it. Shipping is on the buyer.

Metzlers Classics is now M.A.D. Classics! Metzler. Ashbrook. Dimario. I’ve been in the parts business on and off for the better part of 10 years, Ashbrook has operated Ashbrook Detailing in St Clairsville ohio now for several years while serving in the Army for the last 9 years. Dimario and I grew up around each other in Ohio, he has since moved to North Carolina and has made quite the name for himself in the woodgas community. So much to the point he helped Jesse James build the wood gas corvette on Monster Garage. Our goal as a team is to bring cars, trucks, and equipment of all shapes, sizes, and conditions to the market to help this old iron survive.
