As per the inex rule book!!!
Any member, associate member or participants who within the boundaries of the track facility in the sole judgment of the INEX competition director:
* Physically assaults another participant, official or other person.
* Engages in unsportsman like conduct or conduct detrimental to the sport of, legend, cars or bandolero cars.
* Otherwise creates a condition or circumstance which is unsafe, unfair, or out of order, shall have violated the rules and regulations of inex and may be penalized.
These codes of conducts apply to drivers, crew members, guest, etc. If the driver is under 18 years old age, the associate member, parent or guardian is responsible for anyone associated with their team, in this circumstance, penalties may still be imposed upon the driver as well as associate member. I suggest everyone read the rule book, everyone needs to read the penalties for rule infractions and be aware of what can happen if you choose to act in a way that is unsportsman like and violates the rules. Again, I would pay close attention to the suspension part of the rule book as well as other penalties that can be imposed for those that want to act in this manner. It will not be tolerated from this point on, we have a great group of people and 90% of the time we act like we should. There are other divisions that typically to be blunt look like fools carrying on arguing and fighting. This will not be tolerated and if it continues we simply will suspend people as needed.
