Warmth, love, and support—that’s what the Subaru Loves to Care program is all about. 💙

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our 6th year partnering with Blood Cancer United® (formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). Together, Subaru and its retailers have supported over 550,000 cancer patients nationwide over the past decade, making Subaru the largest automotive donor to Blood Cancer United.

Right here in our community, the Quirk Subaru team visited the Lafayette Family Cancer Institute today to deliver 80 warm blankets and 10 patient care kits, bringing comfort to 90 incredible patients.

Over our 6 years of participation, we have now been able to support a total of 490 patients locally. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Northern Light for everything you do, and to our community for helping us make a difference year after year!

Being chosen for the Lobster Bowl is a massive honor—only a select group of the state's top high school seniors are invited to take the field. Best of all, every dollar they raise directly benefits the Shriners Children's Hospitals, providing life-changing care to kids who need it most.

Last week, Quirk Subaru employees were proud to support Maine Academic Scholarship Pageant , a Maine-based nonprofit dedicated to helping youth and teens build confidence, character, and a strong sense of community, through their organization- Crossroads Youth Center.
Through their after-school programming, Crossroads creates a safe and welcoming space where young people can develop self-esteem, learn positive social behaviors, and grow through volunteering, character education, and community involvement.

Quirk Subaru was proud to welcome Bangor Humane Society and the Bangor Symphony Orchestra today for our Subaru Share the Love check presentations!

Through the Holiday Subaru Share the Love Event last year, a portion of every new Subaru sold helped support these hometown charities and the meaningful work they do throughout the Greater Bangor region.

From Orono to Michigan International Speedway — Quirk Auto Group is proud to back the University of Maine's Black Bear Racing team at Formula SAE Michigan 2026! 🏁

Formula SAE is one of the premier collegiate engineering competitions in the world. Student teams spend the entire year designing, manufacturing, and testing a formula-style race car — handling everything from aerodynamics and chassis fabrication to suspension tuning and the business case behind the build. Then they bring it all to Michigan to be put through the gauntlet against teams from around the globe.

Day 1 kicked off with technical inspection — a 100+ point evaluation where judges scrutinize every aspect of the car to make sure it meets the strict FSAE rulebook. The team passed through with flying colors, with just a few small fixes before tackling the rest of inspection on Day 2. Today is Day 3, and the Black Bears are pushing forward with the dynamic events on the horizon — acceleration, skid pad, autocross, and the grueling endurance run that puts everything they've built to the ultimate test. Tomorrow wraps it all up on Day 4.

Best of luck to the entire Black Bear Racing team as they bring it home — we're cheering you on from Maine! 🐻💙
