The Custom Coach Company is a small, family-owned travel trailer service shop, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build real-world skills in a laid-back, supportive environment. If you’re reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn, you’ll fit right in — no experience needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work on a variety of travel trailers — everything from quick maintenance to custom installs. Tasks may include:
Water system repairs (water pumps, leaks, winterizing/de-winterizing)
Roof inspections and sealing
Appliance troubleshooting (fridges, furnaces, air conditioners)
Electrical repairs (12v & 120v systems, battery wiring, lights)
Brake and axle maintenance (bearings, brake shoes, suspension checks)
Installing accessories like solar panels, awnings, leveling systems, hitches
Helping with customer walk-through's and explaining how trailer systems work
We’ll teach you everything you need to know — just bring a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic hand tool knowledge (we’ll help you learn the rest)
Mechanically minded — enjoy fixing/building things
Clean and organized work habits
Comfortable working outside or in shop conditions
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Friendly, approachable, and willing to work with customers
Bonus If You Have:
RV/travel trailer experience
Automotive, HVAC, or electrical background
Forklift experience or basic welding

At The Custom Coach Company, we’re a family-owned shop with a passion for helping RV owners keep their adventures on the road. For years, we’ve specialized in providing reliable, honest repair services and quality parts for travel trailers and motorhomes. Our team is small, friendly, and dedicated to treating both customers and employees like family.

We’re currently looking for a Store Associate who’s dependable, customer-oriented, and excited to be part of a close-knit crew.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in the store with parts, accessories, and questions

Answer phone calls and help with orders, appointment scheduling, or general info

Manage stock: restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and receiving shipments

Use our POS/inventory system to process sales and manage product availability

Communicate with our technicians and service team to coordinate needed parts

Keep the storefront clean, organized, and well-stocked

Learn about RV systems and parts (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)

Assist with light admin tasks or shop support when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, helpful attitude and good communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Comfortable with basic computer skills (email, inventory software, etc.)

Willingness to learn the ins and outs of RVs and trailer components

Honest, dependable, and team-oriented

Prior retail, customer service, or RV experience is a bonus—but not required

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time or Part-time positions available

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, alternating saturdays
