They say you never forget your “foundational seasons.”
For me, Dean Team has been exactly that. It’s where I discovered how much I genuinely love the Volkswagen brand, grew through real-world leadership, and worked alongside a team I care deeply about.
The lessons in this chapter were important. Some affirming, some stretching—but all incredibly meaningful. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to have grown here. While the “where” is changing, the passion for this industry and the people in it remains exactly the same.
As Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
I’m carrying every lesson and every friendship forward with me.
