I would like to clarify something for my customers and community. There is currently a court-issued Temporary Order of Protection involving an individual who has been making statements concerning me and my business that are not true.
I am handling this matter through the proper legal channels and will not engage in public arguments or personal attacks.
My focus remains on my business, my customers, and allowing the court process to take its course.
It has come to my attention that a new online profile was created one not only to harass me & that a Derek Talbot works for me No DEREK TALBOT WORKS FOR ME
IT'S JUST ME MYSELF AND I.

AND THIS PERSON KEEPS PUBLICLY POSTING THAT MY LICENSE IS IN JEOPARDY MY LICENSE IS NOT IN JEOPARDY THEY ARE TRYING TO HURT ME & MY BUSINESS JUST LIKE THE CONTRACTOR

I've been doing this 26 years , & I have a very high passing rate so if I have 30 negative reviews in 26 years most of them are from people who didn't follow the classroom rules and admit to it and they lost their money as they were told if they didn't follow them & if they had a legit complaint they would have taken it to New York State DMV but they know they didn't sign in on time because I make sure I have proof separate of Zoom as well as the other students who were taking the it can also attest they weren't there seperate of the photo I take of the class participant list and then when they don't follow the rules some can't seem to take accountability and making it a learning lesson but instead some come to my Google business page and say how terrible I am, and some have even made false allegations to DMV where I have proven that I followed the rules and they didn't as no one's risking my license and they are told that in the classroom rules they receive right after I send the zoom link for the class
This individual currently has created a fictitious email address pretending to be me as well well as many others currently the new alias is "Derek Talbot" which is on social media bashing me at the same time somehow they have been listed as an employee working for me as my maiden name is very close to his fictitious last name
NO DEREK TALBOT WORKS FOR ME !!! nobody works for me !!! JUST ME

I have posted the order of protection I have taken out thier name because they know who they are and what they're doing to me and so does the judge as well as the district attorney so they can try & hide behind all these fictitious alias and phone numbers they create, but I didn't have anybody bothering me until I hired thr contractor that this same person they're still harassing this person trying to hurt him & his business too. 1 minute this person was praising him online and the next she's bashing him , this has been going on Since December, me since March when the contractor walkedn away from the job due to this person's inappropriate actions
This person has already been arrested and convicted for harassing someone in Schenectady and was arrested again after that conviction because they can't seem to control themselves
They do not work & have nothing to do all day long except create fictitious aliases and phone numbers to harass people they are harassing, as I found out several other people had to get order of protections from this person as well its actually quite sad and I pity the person cause instead of spending time with their kid they're spending all their time searching and stalking me on the internet and elsewhere
I ask everyone to please pray for this person as they obviously really need it
And if they keep harassing me I will post their name so you know who you're praying for...
