2019 Yamaha AC still running strong on the original 2019 batteries they are tired now but they didn’t give up
Going right back with a new set of lead acids in this one and I believe the owner has found a cart here that fits their needs better so this 2019 AC may just be available in the next few days once they trade it in

This is a follow up post from an earlier post we made but it’s a great example of which results you prefer
This Eco lithium battery in this pic below which is in the lithium battery world one of the more expensive brands
It’s one of the brands we have installed many times and sold in many of the new golf carts that we represented
But here is what makes a difference folks this battery below DOES have an internal active fault on the #15 & #16 cell
One 6-7 min call with this American Eco lithium battery company and the issue was already being resolved
Within a few hours of starting the warranty process I had most of the information I needed to return this battery and when to expect a replacement
Almost Daily folks tell us that lithium batteries can be bought on line much cheaper than the brands we install and we 💯 % agree they can be but the difference comes in if you have a problem (and any brand regardless of the initial cost can fail at any time) Will there be support for that product in place to handle your issues
We get multiple calls daily asking us to look at carts with lithium battery failures but 99 % of those callers bought the product on line or from another source and our first question is have you contacted the manufacturer or the folks that sold it to you and every answer is always the same we tried
Folks this content is just one example of what small & larger businesses deal with on a daily basis
We are 💯 % not complaining whining or bashing on line shopping or products any other business sells we are simply trying to bring awareness to the importance of the decisions you make when making that purchase
Is the little bit of money your saving actually worth it if it fails in the future
Saving money has become an epidemic it’s like people are obsessed with the idea of it but has your life actually improved with all the money your saving
From what we see here at our business on a daily basis it looks like saving money has created a tremendous amount of extra stress to many folks lives
we have now began to log our phone calls we receive with certain problems we have now seen as many as 18 calls from 18 different people in a single 90 minute period with the exact same issue the on line battery they purchased and installed is having issues or the cart simply doesn’t run period now that it’s installed 18 times same answer can’t get help where purchased and this goes on daily
Again we are just bringing awareness to the public the cheapest price is not always the best deal
We are always here and happy to help folks with their golf cart issues but understand everyone’s capacity to help has its limitations
We hope everyone has a blessed weekend and good air conditioning we got a lot of work to do so we gonna be repairing carts and receiving new shipments of carts to prepare for the upcoming week
Come see us for a visit the coffee is hot (in the mornings 😊) and the drinks are always cold

We hate to post another essay as many refer to some of our content but we have been diligently fighting this battle for a while and it’s getting overwhelming lately
Folks we can only perform WARRANTY REPAIRS at our facilities on the brands we sell and service
If it’s bought from another company in person on line or however you acquired it your warranty is between yourself the manufacturer that built the equipment and the entity that sold it to you
If CMS is not included in that loop we cannot perform any repairs under WARRANTY without service records
ALL WARRANTY repairs have to be pre-approved through the original manufacturer by a supported repair facility before repairs can be completed
MOST manufacturers NOW require active service records be provided for your machine
If the repair facility did not sell it originally or has never serviced your machine no such records exist
It is the owner of the equipment responsibility to keep any service records if he or she is not using a repair facility that keeps records of any service performed on that machine
Another NEWER development is that many manufacturers only cover parts only under manufacture warranty so it’s also the responsibility of the buyer when purchasing equipment to be educated on what their coverage is this includes any extended warranty purchased as well
It’s become a normal practice for many businesses to sell equipment but not to provide service for it so they recommend places that will perform warranty service
Before paying for that purchase we would highly recommend you reach out to those recommended locations and ask what to expect when their services are needed you will find most of them to be very forthcoming with information as to what you can expect in the future
In 40 years we have learned how to accept a good a$$ chewing on occasion but recently it has become a daily occurrence and 99.99 % of the time the person providing the a$$ chewing has not purchased anything from us
We appreciate everyone’s support but it’s 2026 the world is changing fast and we all need to be responsible for the decisions we make on a daily basis it’s not any businesses responsibility to be verbally abused because you made a decision to purchase a product from someone who offers no support after the sale

Last one of the day and it sure was a looker when completed
Another rxv lithium elite cpo headed north
The Mcdavid family called and requested a black on black cpo yesterday afternoon and we were able to have it shipped in overnight it arrived this morning we installed their requested upgrades and they took delivery shortly before dark today just a tick over 24 hours after their request came in
Congratulations and we hope you enjoy your new ride
No pressure you tell us what you want and we make it happen it’s that simple
