The Truck Gathering is getting ready to roll into Guthrie, Oklahoma, and we’re looking for quality vendors and event sponsors to be part of one of the region’s biggest classic truck events.

Vendor setup and Sponsor/preregistered truck access begins Thursday, April 16th so you’re ready before the public gates open.

🅿️ Spectator Parking: FREE

This is more than a show — it’s a full experience featuring:

🔥 Hundreds of classic trucks
🍔 Food vendors
🛍 Unique automotive and lifestyle vendors
🎉 A fun, family-friendly atmosphere

📍 Location: Cottonwood Flats – Guthrie, Oklahoma
📅 Event Dates: April 17th & 18th

🏨 Hotels and campgrounds are just minutes away, and RV & tent camping is available onsite for those who want to stay close to the action.

We are expecting 40+ vendors this year (not including food vendors) and spaces are filling fast.

📌 Vendor Deadline: March 31st
To finalize the event layout, no vendor applications will be accepted after this date.
All vendor spaces must be paid in full by March 31st.

Vegas - We thought you should know while you're in town, stop by the Meow Wolf Mega Mart. This is not a sponsored promotion, but the C10 Nationals is a destination event and we thought this place was cool. Your kids will know what it is, trust us!
Also grab a show at the Sphere, super cool experience. Anyone have suggestions?
