We had a dinosaur in the shop the other week for new heads and oil pan. The passenger side head rusted through on the exhaust port. Also replaced the failed and leaking icp sensor and pigtail, leaking up pipes, and failed glow plugs. Finished it off with a new set of cab mounts courtesy of S&B Filters. This 300k mile 7.3 work truck is back at work again!

2013 Ford 6.7 in to replace exhaust manifolds due to broken studs typically from warped manifolds. Replaced with heavier walled BD Diesel exhaust manifolds, along with a new turbo due to the existing turbo having shaft play, and topped off with a DCR to keep this fuel system healthy. A Ford 6.0 in for a fresh set of injectors, KC Stage 1 10 blade turbo, and a new fuel pump and filters. The old pump was tired and consequently hurt the original injectors. The turbo had been sticking and the unison ring could be heard trying to rotate after the truck was first started. Never a good sound!

Ford cab and chassis guys, always make sure you are doing regular maintenance on your trucks and change those fuel filters! This customer started experiencing lack of power and missing as well on several cylinders. Turns out his factory tank was delaminating and clogging his lower fuel filter up. We got him fixed up with a new plastic tank from Titan Fuel Tanks and a set of fresh filters before any more damage was done.

2013 Ford 6.7 in for a new front cover due to the original deteriorating along the edge allowing coolant to leak. Customer also got the upper oil pan resealed and new metal lower pan to replace the original plastic pan.

A clean 7.3 Excursion in for a set of S&B cab mounts. I'm sure this customer will enjoy this smoother ride thanks to these high quality silicone mounts!

Don't forget that maintenance is key on your trucks folks! This customer with a 6.0 dump truck had some failing injectors due to a clogged lower fuel filter that hadn't been changed regularly. Note the gray flakes of paint like substance. That's from his aft axle tank delaminating. We got him fixed up with new injectors and fresh fuel filters and soon to be installed new fuel tank.
