🇺🇸 Happy Fourth of July and Happy 250th Anniversary, America! ❤️🤍💙

Earlier this week, the AUTOKINITON Avon team came together to celebrate this historic milestone with commemorative t-shirts, team photos, and lunch across all three shifts.

Today, as our nation marks 250 years of independence, we wish all of our associates, their families, and our community a safe, happy, and memorable Fourth of July.

Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

A huge thank you to Cubano King for catering lunch for our AUTOKINITON Avon team today. The food was incredible, and our associates couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was!

Yesterday we officially welcomed a new group of skilled trades apprentices into the next chapter of their careers at AUTOKINITON!

Congratulations to Pedro Alvarado Cruz, James Pye, and Joshua Adkins on signing into our apprenticeship programs. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to growing their skills have earned them this opportunity, and we are excited to support them throughout their journey.

Programs like these are an investment in both our employees and the future of skilled trades. We are proud to continue developing talent from within and creating opportunities for long-term career growth.

Please join us in congratulating our newest apprentices!

We don’t just build parts, we build a workplace people actually enjoy being part of.

To celebrate May the 4th, we brought a little fun to the floor with a Star Wars Trivia Challenge across all shifts. A quick break, some friendly competition, and a chance to see who really knows their stuff.

It’s small things like this that keep the energy up and the culture strong.

Looking for a place that works hard and keeps it interesting? We’re always looking for good people to join the team.
