2 Years Strong at the Ava License Office!
Today, we proudly celebrate two years of serving our community! A heartfelt thank you to all our customers, supporters, and neighbors for being part of this journey.
As Agent Annette Lane and Office Manager Havilah Ocalewski, we are committed to continuous improvement. We’re actively reviewing procedures as they often change to make your DMV experience as smooth and efficient as possible. We’re especially proud to share that our Go Reports with the state achieved an outstanding 99.1% this past quarter!
We know visiting the DMV can sometimes feel stressful, so we’ve worked hard to create a more comfortable environment. Our waiting area features a dedicated kids’ corner with toys and coloring books, and yes — we often have cartoons playing. (We’ve noticed quite a few adults enjoy them too!)
We’ve also received wonderful feedback about how comfortable and pleasant our office feels — right down to the fresh scent! 😊
