🔥 2016 Ram 2500 | Custom Tuned & Built to Handle the Power 🔥

This 2016 Ram 2500 came in ready for a complete drivetrain setup. It features a Stage 2.5 68RFE built by Austex Transmission, complete with a billet triple-disc torque converter with dampener, billet flex plate, thermal bypass, and deep transmission pan to keep temperatures under control and maximize reliability.

On the engine side, the truck is running an Evil Fab 2nd Gen Swap with an S400-style top-mount turbo, paired with a 3.5-inch intake horn and grid heater delete. Other than that, the engine is essentially stock, proving you don’t need a fully built engine to enjoy a properly matched performance package.

To bring everything together, we custom calibrated both the engine and transmission. The transmission tuning includes:
• Raised shift points to match the larger turbo’s power curve
• Increased line pressure for the built 68RFE
• Optimized torque converter lockup scheduling
• Throttle-based pressure gain adjustments for crisp, consistent shifts

Engine tuning features:
• Single 200 HP performance tune
• Approximately 40 PSI peak boost
• Low boost fueling for faster turbo spool-up
• Clean fueling once the turbo is lit
• 4,100 RPM hard-cut limiter
