RATES AND FEES & INFORMATION

LABOR RATES
$65.00 Per hour for automotive
$75.00 Per hour for commercial & any others

BUSINESS HOURS
Monday - Friday
8:00 Am – 5:00 Pm

MILEAGE FEES
Local area- no mileage (45-mile range)
$1.50 per mile for any other miles one way
After hours mileage is all miles and round trip

AFTER HOURS CALL OUT FEE
$100.00 Minimum plus mileage
Any time before or after business hours

DIAGNOSTICS 1-hour minimum labor
Normal labor rates apply

ESTIMATES
Are available upon request
May be subject to a service fee

DOT INSPECTIONS $135.00 for single unit vehicles
$185.00 for combination vehicles
$75.00 for trailers only
State (Minnesota) and federal Inspections available

SHOP SUPPLIES
Some jobs may include a shop supplies charge for small items such as cleaners, zip ties, wire connectors, etc.

PARTS
Customer provided parts have only the manufactures warranty
Parts provided by KRL Repair are subject to a 20% mark up with a 30-day warranty

WARRANTIES
30 days from the completion date on the invoice, unless otherwise noted

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS Credit cards are accepted a service fee of 2.87% will be added to all credit card transactions

CHECKS
Checks are accepted including but not limited to, personal, fleet, business, Comdata & T-check. A $30.00 fee will to any and all dishonored/bounced check

BALANCE DUE
All payments are due the day the work Is completed. Unless prior arrangements were / are made. Vehicles will not be released unless payment in full is received.

OUTSTANDING BALANCES
Any outstanding balances over 30 days will be subject to a 15% collection fee.

ESTIMATE SERVICE FEE
Depending on the time required to put the estimate together a service fee not to exceed $30.00 may be charged.


COMPLETE JOB QUOTES/ESTIMATES
Are available on request, they are subject to change and not a locked or guaranteed total price.

ABOUT KRL REPAIR LLC

MISSION STATEMENT

KRL REPAIRS L.L.C. is a new up and coming small family owned and operated mechanical repair business, whose goals are to provide mobile onsite mechanical service and repairs to cars, trucks, and equipment in the surrounding community. We strive to provide the highest quality and timely repairs. After growing up on a Minnesota dairy farm, the owner Keith R Lindahl put himself through diesel tech school and graduated from Wyotech with a degree in Advanced Diesel Technologies after which he has gained over 13 years of on the job experience, driving and repairing commercial and automotive vehicles, he is Minnesota DOT certified and performs annual Dot inspections. We offer a large variety of services, from automotive to commercial and equipment, from the simple repairs and oil changes to engine repairs, we offer diagnostics and the convenience of we come to you. With your help by spreading the word and getting our name out there we hope to build this into a staple business of the community and eventually get enough business to set up a local building as a repair shop.
