Join our team at A Lift Above, a leading Forklift company specializing in forklift operations. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced full-time forklift mechanic to maintain and repair our customers fleet of forklifts.
Job Title: Full-Time Forklift Mechanic

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Repair and replace faulty parts and components as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance actions, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth workflow.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in training new mechanics or technicians when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a forklift mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of forklift systems, electrical components, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
-Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
