The Solich Caddie & Leadership Academy was founded in 2012 at CommonGround Golf Course in Aurora, Colorado providing local youth the opportunity to develop their leadership potential through a foundation built on caddying.

Participants in the academy go through a summer program learning the caddie trade, attend weekly leadership and financial literacy classes, volunteer in the community, and receive support towards post-secondary opportunities with many qualifying for academic scholarships.

Schomp Mazda is proud to support the Solich Caddie & Leadership Academy by donating $25,000 to support their mission in helping youth develop their leadership skills through caddying.
