Does your differential make noise? Do you hear axle noise? Typical Symptoms:

1. Front axle or Rear End Whining or howling
Typically changes tone when vehicle accelerates or decelerates. Usually pinion bearing or ring and pinion issue.

2. Front axle or Rear End Low growling or rumble. Continuous sound. Increases with speed. Typical cause is carrier bearing or axle bearing issue.

3. Front axle or

Rear End Shutter or chatter when turning slow
Usually present when the vehicle has a positraction unit. Can be caused by contaminated oil or worn clutches.

4. Front axle or Rear End Banging or clank sound
Can be continuous or increase frequency when turning.Typically caused by broken spider gears or broken ring & pinion teeth. Axle repair and service
