A client brought in a vehicle that had a check engine light on, the client had also noticed difficulty during gear shifts. The problem was with the timing chain. The engine was removed and the timing chain replaced. Had the timing chain broken, the engine would be fully damaged and would need to be replaced.

Sometimes, furry rodent friends cause vehicle troubles. A vehicle was brought in with a check engine light on, the diagnotic test indicated where the problem was located. I removed the nest and repaired the wiring. I ran a final diagnostic test to confirm the repair was completed.
