Recently, a customer named Justin brought us his 2025 Chevy Traverse. His repair had already been delayed at another shop, and when he finally got to us, he was juggling life with four young kids with no vehicle.
From the very first phone call, he wasn’t frustrated, he wasn’t upset, he was kind.
Our team could tell he was carrying a lot on his shoulders, so we looked for a way to help and take some stress off his plate. We handled what we could on our end to support him and his family through the repair process.
A few days later, Justin walked into the office holding a stack of papers. This wasn't invoices, or bills, but thank-you drawings. Made by his four kids. All hand-drawn pictures, little messages and pure gratitude.
Those drawings are now hanging proudly on our wall — because moments like this remind us why we do what we do.
Justin, thank you.
To your kids — thank you for the artwork. You made our whole week.
This is more than collision repair.
This is people helping people. 💙💙
